Trupp Global is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Content Creator with a deep understanding of the Outsourcing and Hospitality industries and a proven track record of crafting engaging content. You will be responsible for managing all social media channels, creating and executing social media strategies, increasing brand awareness and engagement, monitoring and analyzing social media performance, and collaborating with the marketing team to drive social media campaigns.

You will be responsible for managing social media marketing campaigns, optimizing social media platforms, developing content, and implementing effective communication strategies.

Create compelling and informative content across digital platforms

Drive traffic to website and increase social media followers, along with high engagement

Collaborate with influencers and affiliate marketers, which not only drive traffic but also create a network for the company

Stay updated on the latest trends, news, and developments in the outsourcing and hospitality industries to help keep the content relevant and insightful

Creative thinking and the ability to generate original, insightful, and engaging content, including articles, infographics, videos, and social media posts, that resonate with the target audience

Utilize video editing skills to produce engaging videos for various platforms, incorporating graphics and animations

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in journalism/ arts/ or other English intensive major with a strong command of English
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist & Social Media with expertise in content writing, basic designing, and video editing, preferably in outsourcing services or travel industry
In-depth knowledge of various digital platforms, trends, and best practices
Proficiency in SEO techniques, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and meta creation and optimization
